We cut these high-waisted shorts from a soft, breathable black denim with built-in stretch. The silhouette fits close through the hips. Frayed edges and ripped distressing break up the line, finished with an asymmetrical raw lower hem and two working front pockets.

• High waist cut. We build the waistband to sit high on the torso, anchoring the top of the shorts while the stretch fabric accommodates your natural movement.
• Distressed raw hem. The leg openings feature an asymmetrical cut with shredded rips and raw fringe. Leaving the edge unhemmed gives the black wash texture.
• Stretch denim blend. We chose a breathable cotton-blend denim woven with elastane. The weave yields to the body without losing its shape through a long night out.
• Pockets and care. Two front pockets hold small essentials. Machine wash cold inside out with like darks to preserve the black dye and hang dry to protect the raw hems.
