We built this red party mini with an off-shoulder neckline and a sheer mesh outer layer. The ruching gathers all the way down the torso, resting over a soft stretch base layer. It sits high on the thigh and pulls on without hardware.

• Off-shoulder mesh neckline. The wide sheer overlay sits straight across the collarbone and upper arms. It stays in place with internal elasticity while giving the neckline a layered look.
• All-over body ruching. We gathered the semi-sheer mesh across the front and back panels. The horizontal folds add texture to the red fabric and keep the close cut flexible as you move.
• Layered stretch construction. A solid base dress provides full coverage under the lightweight mesh top layer. Both fabrics use elastane so the dress bends and recovers without bagging out.
• Garment care details. Hand wash in cold water or run on a gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Lay it flat to dry to keep the fine mesh overlay and ruched gathers intact.
