We cut this mini dress with a classic halter neck and an open shoulder line. The blue satin fabric hangs loose through the body in a relaxed shift shape, skipping tight waist seams. It hits mid-thigh for warm summer cocktail parties and evening events.

• Halter neckline. The gathered neck fastens behind the collar, leaving the shoulders and upper back bare. It creates a clean vertical line down the front of the garment without adding bulk.
