We cut this mini with a halter neckline that leaves the shoulders bare and falls into an easy shift shape. The woven satin-like fabric has a gentle sheen and glides over the body without clinging. It suits dinner parties, warm evenings out, and summer events.

• Halter neckline. The halter collar secures at the back of the neck, drawing the line upward and leaving the shoulders and upper back open. It sets the anchor point for the entire dress.
• Satin-finish fabric. We chose a lightweight woven fabric with a smooth hand and a soft surface lustre. The material holds its fluid drape through the body and resists clinging as you walk.
• Loose shift cut. Unlike our close-fitted bodycon styles, this dress drops straight down from the yoke. The relaxed silhouette leaves plenty of room through the waist and hips for easy movement in warm weather.
• Washing and care. Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the smooth satin weave. Hang the dress to dry and use a low iron or handheld steamer on the reverse side.
